摘　　要：介绍了一种基于EPP接口的电源功耗自动测试电路的设计方法。采用了以A/D转换器ICL7109为核心及桥式I/V变换的硬件电路,通过EPP接口与计算机连接,由LabWindows/CVI实现电源功耗的自动测试。详细介绍了硬件设计原理及软件测试流程图,并给出了部分程序代码。最后通过手动和自动测试结果的比较,说明了自动测试精度满足要求,对实际工程应用具有参考价值。Introduced the design and implementation of power consumption automatic test. The design was developed with the bridge circuit of I/V conversion and A/D converter ICL7109, interfacing with computer by EPP mode, with the platform of virtual instrument Windows/CVI.The hardware design principle and the flowchart of software test programs were introduced in detail,a part of program code was presented.The comparison of manual and automatic test result,is shown that this method is successful and has the reference value to the practical application.
