摘　　要：将高性能单片机ATmega162的终端,用于汽车零配件生产管理系统中。数据信息终端的主控单元由ATmega162单片机组成,它负责控制通信、信号采集、电源、机床控制、LED指示灯、计数器等其他模块协调工作。终端采集装配线上的信息并进行处理,再通过RS-422总线传输给系统的上位机,由上位机做出判断。给出了数据信息终端软硬件的具体实现方案,并把它应用到了汽车零配件管理的实际生产中,有效地实现了信息采集和防错功能。Data information terminal based on ATmega162 which is used to guard against wrong with automobile spare parts assembly line. The terminal adopts ATmega162 single chip microcomputer to collect the information of assembly line. The information was processed through the RS - 422 bus transmission to the host computer system. Then the host computer system will make the judgment. A concrete realization scheme on the hardware and software of the terminal was discussed. The terminal is applied to the actual production of the management of automobile spare parts, and realize the function of guarding against wrong effectively.
