摘　　要：本文从循环经济的理念出发,重点阐述了循环农业的概念与基本原理,提出了发展循环农业的"4R"原则,在此基础上,重点讨论了循环农业的技术体系构建,并提出了我国发展循环农业的关键对策。In this paper,the concept and its basic principles of circular agriculture were expatiated based on the ideals of circular economy,and the ＂4R＂rules were puts forward to develop circular agriculture. On the ground of upper,this paper focused on the establishment of the technology supporting system for circular agriculture in China,and some key countermeasures for the development of circular agriculture were give finally.
