摘  要:以压缩空气为工作介质,对涡流管能量分离特性进行了实验研究,获得了涡流管制冷、制热效应随喷嘴流道数、冷端流率之间的关系,研究结果表明,喷嘴流道数越多,涡流管的制冷越好,且获得最大制冷效应时的冷端流率有增大的趋势;喷嘴流道数对涡流管制热效应的影响没有对制冷效应的影响明显。The performances of energy separation were experimentally studied in vortex tube with compressed air as the working medium and the relations among cooling effect, heating effect, the number of nozzles and cold mass flow fraction of vortex tube were obtained. The results suggested that the more of the number of nozzles is, the better of the cooling effect is and the larger of the cold mass flow fraction when the best cooling effect is ; and the number of nozzles does little effects on the heating effect than cooling effect
