摘　　要：目的：探讨人文护理服务在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的应用效果。方法：110例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为两组，试验组接受人文护理服务，对照组接受常规护理。结果：两组通过比较，试验组90．9％能恢复步行，25．5％上下肢的活动功能基本恢复，可参加一些简单的劳动和工作，致残率也明显低于对照组。结论：实施人文护理服务，使患者和家属的信心倍增，积极配合治疗，减少致残率，提高康复率，提高患者生活质量。Objective：To explore the effect of humane care services in the rehabilitation of hemiplegia patients with acute stroke. Methods：110 cases of hemiplegia patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into two groups;the test group received humane care, while the control group received conventional care. Results：By comparing the two groups, 90. 9% of the test group recovered locomotion, among which 25.5% obtained nearly complete recovery of both upper and lower limb motor function to participate in some simple labor and work. Disability rate of the test group was also significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion ：The humane care services can greatly enhance the confidence of patients and families, and thus foster them to cooperate with treatment more actively. As a result,it can reduce the disability rate, and improve rehabilitation rate and our quality of life.
