摘 要:目的:探讨二维超声在胎儿肢体畸形产前诊断的价值。方法:回顾2005年1月~2007年7月在我院行产前检查的31573例孕妇胎儿肢体畸形超声检查结果,并与产后新生儿检查或尸体检查结果作对照分析。结果:超声检出胎儿肢体畸形25例,分为7类,共30条肢体受累,产后证实32例,分9类,共43条肢体受累,超声诊断胎儿肢体畸形的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为75%、99.9%、92.3%、99.9%。结论:超声诊断胎儿畸形具有较高灵敏度和特异度,是诊断胎儿肢体畸形的首选方法。Objective: To explore the value of ultrasound to diagnose deformed limbs in fetuses. Methods: To review and analyze the results and image characteristics of ultrasound in fetuses with deformed limbs and compare with that after labor or induced labor. Results: 25 cases of limbs malformation were diagnosed by ultrasound, however, after labor or induced labor, 32 fetuses with deformed limbs were confirmed. The sensitivity, specificity,positive and negative predictive values were 75% ,99. 9% ,92. 3% and 99. 9%, respectively. Conclusion: Ultrasound is invaluable for fetal limbs malformation diagnosis, and is the first method for antenatal diagnosis.
