摘  要:目的:以来源丰富、价格低廉的鸡蛋为主要原料,并把以许多种功能性物质,采用生物转换技术和日本湿式球磨超微技术,利用先进的工艺流程和参数,研究生物超微钙蛋白食品。方法:莱芙力保健药蛋及蛋壳等经过清洗处理→破衣、搅拌→粗滤→加热→离心→上清液+清泡剂→蒸馏回收→干燥→磨粉、烘干→磨碎成超微颗粒。按照科学配比,再加其他调味荆而成。结果:经过反复试验,其结果合钙量的比例为:卵壳粉:27.67g×36.4%=9、96g=9960mg,卵白、黄粉:72.33g×0.586%=0.42g=420mg,即:每100g钙加钙中含有钙元素为9960mg+420mg=10380mg。结论:钙加钙食品,一日食用两片即可,且价格便宜,吸收率高,补钙快,沉淀积好,可以推广使用。Objective:Take the abundant,cheep eggs as the raw material, using bio -conversion and wet milling AMD technology used in Japan, to study a sort of micro - calcium - protein food. Methods: Technological process: Laifuli healthy - eggs and eggshell - cleaning - flying - stirring - rough filtrstion - heating - centrifugal supernatant - distilling - drying - grinding - drying - micro granules. In accordance with thescientific recipe, we made the micro - calcium - protein food. Results:After repeated tests, we got the results:the ratio of content of calcium: eggshell:27. 67 g × 36. 4% = 9. 96g = 9960mg, albumen, eggyolk :72. 33g × 0. 586% = 0. 42g = 420rag. that' s to say, 9960mg + 420mg = 10380mg, 10380mg calcium in 100g product. Conclusion:The products that we made is cheap, well -absorbed and is worthy of popularized. Two pills a day is acceptable.
