摘　　要：检测了邵阳学院924名职工的血压.结果表明,要重视高血压前期的研究工作,并提出了有氧运动是防治高血压的有效手段.The blood pressure were examined in 924 Staffs and Workers of Shaoyang University. The investigation were showed that pay great attention to prehypertension research, and put forward the aerobic.exercise is a way of the prevention and cure of hypertension.
