摘  要:目的观察当归提取物对神经刺激引起的猪脑动脉反应的作用及其与一氧化氮(NO)的关系。方法采用离体去除内皮血管方法,测定脑动脉条的等容张力变化及药物的作用。结果当归提取物对电刺激或化学刺激引起的血管舒张反应具有增强作用,此作用不受酚妥拉明和哌唑嗪、心得安、阿托品、消炎痛的影响,但可被NO合酶抑制剂L-硝基精氨酸抑制,该抑制作用又可为NO供体L-精氨酸逆转。结论当归提取物对电刺激或化学刺激所致血管舒张反应的增强作用可能与NO有关。ObjeCtive To observe the effects of extract of Angelica sinensis (Oliv). Diels on the response of cerebral arteries of pigs caused by nerve stimulation and its relationship with nitric oxide (NO). Methods The isometric tension of endothelium-denuded isolated cerebral artery strips from pigs were measured by a forcedis placement transducer. Results In the endothelium-denuded isolated cerebral artery strips treated with prazosin, electrical stimulation and nicotine produced a relaxation, which were enhanced by extract of Angelica sinensis (Oliv). Diels. These effects were not changed by phentolamine, prazosin, atropine and indomethacin, however, wich were inhibited by NG-nitric-L-arginine (L-NA), an NO synthesis inhibitor. However L-arginine reversed the inhibition effect of L-NA. Conclusion The extract of Angelica sinensis (Oliv). Diels could increase vasodilation response induced by electrical or chemical stimulation, which may be correlated with NO.
