摘 要:流变性是深井高密度钻井液的关键技术难题之一,其主要影响因素是在高固相含量情况下亚微态粒子、处理剂、加重剂之间形成多元复合体结构。采取的解决措施有:根据密度-粒径分布-黏度曲线确定了最优化的加重剂粒径分布;用小阳离子作粒子稳定剂,以减少亚微态粒子含量;改善了钻井液的配制工艺,最大限度地降低黏土含量,通过提高钻井液液相黏度来满足加重剂的悬浮要求,并用正电胶、铁铬盐和红矾碱液作流型调节剂。对阳离子钻井液配方进行了优选,优选出的钻井液黏度可在55~180s之间任意调节,流动性好,并建立了高密度钻井液主要性能控制指标。在酒东油田3口井的应用结果表明,该钻井液解决了深井高密度钻井液的流变性问题,并通过回收利用,取得了较好的经济效益。As a key technology of high density drilling fluids used in deep well drilling,rheology of the fluids are affected by the complex structure generated between submicron particles and mud additives.To have a satisfactory rheology,optimization of the particle sizes of weighting materials based on density-particle size distribution-viscosity curves shall be done when formulating the high density muds.Using of low molecular weight cationic polymer led to a reduction of the submicron particles.Minimize the amount of bentonite to reduce the viscosity of the muds,while the suspension of the weighting materials can be achieved through the use of polymers which increase the viscosity of the liquid phase of the muds.Rheology can further be improved using MMH and FCLS etc.An optimized cationic polymer drilling fluid was developed with its viscosity adjustable in 55-180 sec.The application of this mud in three wells in Jiudong oilfield was very successful.
