摘  要:无黏土有机盐盐水钻井液能较好地解决常规无固相钻井液的3大难题(提黏、抗温和密度调节)。研制出一种新型有机盐,并根据复合成膜封堵技术优选出一套无黏土低固相有机盐钻井液配方。新型有机盐OS-100性能优良:溶解度高,其饱和溶液密度在1.505g/cm^3以上;无毒,腐蚀性低;能提高体系中处理剂的抗温能力。优选出的无黏土低固相有机盐钻井液具有良好的流变性、封堵造壁性和抑制性,抗钙可达3.0%~5.0%,钻屑容量限高,可达20%,润滑性能好,可降低钻头研磨效应,提高机械钻速,保护油气层。Clay-free organic salt drilling fluids are used as a solution to three mud problems which are viscosity,temperature stability and density.A new organic salt was developed and a clay-free low-solids drilling fluid treated with this organic salt was formulated.The new organic salt,OS-100,has a high solubility in water,and a saturated water solution of which has a density of 1.505 g/cm3.OS-100 has no toxicity and low corrosion.The mud formulated with OS-100 has good rheology,filming characteristics and shale inhibition.Calcium tolerance of this mud is 3.0%-5.0%,while the solids tolerance is as high as 20%.
