摘 要:采用反相乳液聚合法和油溶性氧化还原引发体系,选择非离子单体AM、复合阳离子单体H-DM-DAAC、含磺酸基的阴离子单体S-AMPS进行了三元共聚,合成了一种高温酸化用胶凝剂。通过实验对反应影响因素进行了考察,确定出了最佳的单体配比和反应条件。室内评价结果表明,该胶凝剂有效浓度高,可达40%,分散溶解速度快,在20%的盐酸中胶凝剂加量为2.0%时,酸液黏度在常温下达到46.2 mPa.s,在130℃老化2 h后,黏度下降率为22.1%,表明该胶凝剂具有较好的抗温性能;并且稠化能力强,具有较好的耐温、抗盐性能和抗剪切性能,与酸液和酸化用剂的配伍性好,性能稳定。Using a non-ionic monomer AM,a complex cationic monomer H-DMDAAC,and an ionic monomer(containing sulfonic acid group) S-AMPS,a high temperature gellant which is used in acid stimulation was synthesized through invert emulsion polymerization with an oil-soluble redox initiator.The optimum ratio of the monomers and the polymerization conditions were determined through laboratory experiments.This gellant had an effective concentration of 40%,wad was quickly dispersed in water.A 20% hydrochloric acid treated with 2.0% of the gellant had a viscosity of 46.2 mPa·s at room temperatures.The percent reduction of the viscosity was 22.1% after aging for 2 hours at 130 ℃.Other advantages of the gellant include high temperature stability,salt tolerance,shearing resistance,and good compatibility.
