摘  要:大容量发电机是电网的心脏,为确保大型发电机安全、可靠地运行,对发电机定子线棒进行在线监测至关重要,为此,研发了一种新型的发电机定子线棒在线实时监测系统。通过新型的光纤加速度传感器检测发电机的汽端和励端的振动信号,进行了发电机定子线棒的振动特性的时域和频域分析;采用了虚拟仪器技术,实现了系统人机界面化,结合后台数据库,达到多功能、多状态的实时监测及报警、动态分析及历史查询、记录趋势并报表输出,达到诊断参数与数据共享,实现了远程监测与诊断技术。High capacity generator is the heart of electric network. It is important to monitor stator bar of generator in line in order to insure safety and reliable running of large-scale generators. Therefore, the paper mainly develops a new-model real time on-line monitor system of stator bar of generator based on a new-style fibre-optic acceleration transducer, detecting on vapour end and exciting end of generator. Through the analysis of time-domain and frequency-domain, the vibration characteristic of stator bar of generator is studied. Virtual instrument technology is used to realize man machine interface,and recombine the background data base to reach the real-time multifunction and multi-mode monitor, alarm, dynamic analysis,and historical query, recording the trend and the export of report. The share of diagnostic parameter and data is obtained, remote monitoring and diagnostic technology is realized.
