支气管哮喘伴胃食管返流病患者抗反流治疗对肺功能影响

摘　　要：目的：观察抗反流治疗时间的长短对支气管哮喘伴胃食管返流病患者肺功能的影响。方法：采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照方法，将76例支气管哮喘并胃食管反流病患者分为治疗组（42例）和对照组（34例），治疗组在常规抗哮喘药物治疗的同时加服奥关拉唑和吗叮啉，对照组加服安慰剂。测定治疗前及治疗后3个月和6个月患者的1S用力呼气容积占预计值百分比（FEV1占预计值％），PEF变异率的变化。结果：治疗前2组FEV。占预计值％及PEF变异率比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05），治疗组治疗前后3个月、6个月FEV1占预计值％及PEF变异率比较，无显著性差异（P〉0．05），治疗后3个月及6个月2组FEV1占预计值％提高不明显（P〉0．05），PEF变异率降低不明显（P〉0．05），两组间指标比较无显著性差异。结论：抗反流治疗3个月及6个月患者肺功能无变化。Objective：Observes the anti--regurgitation treatment time the length to return to the bronchial tube asthma partner stomach esophagus flows ailment sufferer the lung function the influence. Method： Uses stochastically, double is blind,the placebo comparison method, divides into 76 examples bronchial tubes asthma and stomach esophagus regurgitation ailment sufferer the treatment group （42 examples） and the comparison group （34 examples）, the treatment group simultaneously adds the clothing Austria America in the conventional counteract asthma medicine treatment to pull and bites, comparison group Canada clothing placebo. Before the determination treatment and treats the latter 3 months and 6 months patient＇s 1S makes an effort to exhale the volume to account for the predicted value percentage （FEV1 to occupy predicted value %）,PEF variation rate change. Result： Before the treatment 2 group of FEV1 occupies the predicted value % and the PEF variation rate comparison does not have significance the difference （P〉0.05） around,the treatment group treats for 3 months,6 months FEVI occupies the predicted value % and the PEF variation rate comparison,does not have significance the difference （P〉0. 05） ,treats the latter 3 months and 6 months 2 group of FEV1 occupies the predicted value % enhancement not not obviously （P〉 0.05） ,the PEF variation rate reduces is not obvious （P〉0.05）, two groups of targets comparisons does not have significance the difference. The conclusion anti--regurgitation treats for 3 months and 6 months patients lung function be out of change.
