摘　　要：冠心病是当前危害人类健康的最主要疾病之一，冠心病的治疗从单纯的药物治疗到外科手术，其治疗方法和手段已取得了较大的进展。但PTCA后出现的再狭窄（RS）及并发症严重影响了病人的生活质量和远期疗效，并且术后用药价格昂贵，阻碍了该技术的广泛应用。中医药对PTCA术后再狭窄的防治作用呈现出明显优势。我们在临床中应用益气活血复方治疗PTCA术后病人，观察其症状和再狭窄情况，疗效显著。The coronary disease is again current harms one of human health most main diseases, the coronary disease treatment treats from the pure medicine to the surgical operation, its method of treatment and the method have made a bigger progress. But after PTCA appeared again narrow （RS） and the illness complication has seriously affected patient＇s quality of life and the forward curative effect, after and the technique was expensive with the medicine price, has hindered this technical widespread application. The Chinese medicine the narrow preventing and controlling function presents the obvious superiority after the PTCA technique. We in clinical center invigorate the blood the compound prescription after the profit gas to treat the PTCA technique the patient, observes its symptom and the narrow situation,the curative effect is again remarkable.
