摘　　要：目的：探讨可视无痛人工流产术与单纯无痛人工流产术的手术质量是否不同。方法：纳入符合标准的125例门诊病人，随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用单纯无痛人工流产术，试验组采用可视无痛人工流产术，观察并记录两组病人在手术中的出血量、漏吸的发生率、手术后阴道出血时间及并发症的发生率，从而比较两种手术方法的手术质量。结果：可视无痛人工流产组在术中出血量少于单纯无痛人工流产术组（p〈0．05）；手术后阴道出血时间短于单纯无痛人工流产组（P〈0．05）；术后并发症的发生率低于单纯无痛人工流产组（P〈0．05）；结论：可视无痛人工流产术在提高手术质量方面好于单纯无痛人工流产术。Objective：Discusses the visible non--pain induced abortion technique and the pure non-- pain induced abortion technique surgery quality is whether different. Method： Brings into line with conforms to the standard 125 examples outpatient,stochastically divides into the comparison group and the experimental group. The comparison group uses the pure non--pain induced abortion technique,the experimental group uses the visible non--pain induced abortion technique, observes and records two groups of patients＇ the formation rate, the surgery which after surgery hemorrhage quantities,leaks attracts the colporrhagia time and the illness complication formation rate,thus compares two surgeries methods the surgery quality. Result： The visible non--pain induced abortion group bleeds the quantity in the technique to be short to the pure non--pain induced abortion technique group （P〈0.05）; After surgery colporrhagia time short to pure non--pain induced abortion group （P〈0.05）; After the technique the illness complication formation rate is lower than the pure non--pain induced abortion group （P〈0.05） ; Conclusion： The visible non--pain induced abortion technique is enhancing the surgery quality aspect to be good to the pure non --pain induced abortion technique.
