摘　　要：祖国医学认为慢性盆腔炎，主要是气滞血瘀，湿热壅滞，胞脉受阻，临床表现为下腹部疼痛胀满为主，痛胀为气血运行不畅，古非通无以疏气血，非通不能入胞脉，所以用行气祛瘀，通络定痛，消利湿热之法。内服外贴并用神灯照射，使其经脉气血通畅，新陈代谢加快，促进病理产物吸收，达到气血化瘀，消炎止痛，清利湿毒之邪，清除炎性包块之目的。The motherland medicine to think the chronic pelvic cavity inflammation, mainly is the stagnation of flow of vital energy blood stasis,hot and damp, butcher arteries anti--, clinical manifestation for underbelly ache puffiness primarily, the pain is impeded for the vitality movement, ancient must passes does not have by the sparse vitality, must passes cannot enter the butcher arteries, therefore with removing blood stasis,passes winds analgesic therapy,disappears the advantage hot and damp law.
