摘　　要：目的：探讨经岩骨乙状窦前入路岩斜区肿瘤手术切除的配合。方法：回顾分析40例经岩骨乙状窦前入路岩斜区肿瘤患者，对手术配合及其护理进行总结。结果：40例岩斜区肿瘤患者全切27例，次全切9例，部分切除4例。预后良好33例，中残6例，重残1例。结论：在磨除岩骨时应注意骨质结构。经岩骨乙状窦前入路显微手术的特点要求术者及助手之操作要稳、准、轻。Objeetive：Discussion coordination which the area tumor surgery excises after crag bone second grade shape Dou Qianru lu Yanxie. Method： The review analyzes 40 examples after crag bone second grade shape Dou Qianru lu Yanxie the area tumor patient,coordinates to the surgery and its nurses carries on the summary. Result： 40 examples crags slanting area tumor patient all cuts 27 examples,all cuts 9 examples,the partial excision 4 examples. After pre--good 33 examples,center remnant 6 examples, heavy remnant 1 example. Conclusion： When rubs except the crag bone should pay attention to the ossein structure. After crag bone second grade shape Dou Qianru the road microsurgery characteristic request technique and the assistant operation must steady,he light.
