摘　　要：目的:观察吴茱萸汤对幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠胃液及胃组织中相关指标的影响,以探讨其作用机理。方法:采用幽门结扎法复制大鼠胃溃疡模型。收集胃液,测其胃液量、胃液总酸度、胃蛋白酶活性、一氧化氮(NO)含量;制备胃组织匀浆,测其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:吴茱萸汤对幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠胃液量、总酸度及胃蛋白酶活性有明显的抑制作用,能显著增加其胃液中NO含量;能使胃组织中SOD活性明显升高。结论:吴茱萸汤抗幽门结扎型胃溃疡的作用是通过抑制攻击因子与促进防御因子,即抑制胃液总酸度、胃蛋白酶活性,增加粘膜血流量,提高机体抗氧化能力实现的。Objective:To observe the effects of correlated index in gastric juice and gastro-tissue on ligated pylorus gastric rats caused by Wuzhuyu Decoction,and to explore the mechanism of action.Methods:To adopt the pylorus ligated method to duplicate the gastric model of rats,to collect gastric juice to detect the quantity of gastric juice,total acidity,pepsin activity,and the content of nitrogen monoxide(NO),and to prepare the gastro-tissue homogenate to test the Super oxide mutates(SOD)activity and the content of malonaldehyde(MDA).Results:Wuzhuyu Decoction manifests conspicuous depressant effects in the quantity of gastric juice,total acidity and pepsin activity on ligated pylorus gastrelcosis rats,and is capable of increasing the contents of nitrogen monoxide in gastric juice and the erythrocuprein activity in gastro-tissue significantly.Conclusions:The action of Wuzhuyu Decoction in anti-ligated pylorus gastrelcosis is obtained by inhibiting attack factors and promoting defense factors,which is inhibiting the total acidity of gastric juice and the pepsin activity,increasing the mucosal blood flow,and promoting the anti-oxidation ability of organism.
