摘　　要：中国关于沉船沉物打捞清除方面的立法不完善,打捞清除费用往往得不到及时有效的实现。本文对沉船沉物打捞清除费的实现中存在的问题进行了分析,探讨了在我国如何建立沉船沉物强制打捞清除基金,以供此领域的立法和实践工作参考。Because the national legislation for removal of wrecks is not pertect, some costs and expenditures occurred during salvage operation camlot be timely paid. This paper discuses about the existing problems related to payment to the cost for wreck salvage and removal thoughts eoncerning the establishment wreck removal fund just for reference operation.
