摘 要:该文在三维设计制造软件中对大模数少齿数螺旋转子建立了实体模型;将渐开线和摆线螺旋面的形成原理应用在螺旋转子数控加工上分析得出:加工时刀具中心与螺旋面距离在螺旋面法矢方向上与刀具半径成一线性比例,在平行于轴线方向上为一定值;利用渐开线和摆线螺旋面微分几何性质建立了螺旋转子的加工数学模型,对螺旋转子数控加工过程进行了仿真,生成了数控加工代码;最后在立式加工中心对螺旋转子的三维实体建模结果、数控加工仿真过程进行了验证,取得了理想效果。The 3D spiral rotor model is established with the 3D design and manufacture software Pro/ E. The involute and cycloid helicoid forming principles are applied to analysis of spiral rotor NC ma- chining. The distance from the tool center to the helicoid has linear relationship with the tool radius in the direction of the normal vector of the helicoid surface, and it is a constant in the direction parallel to the axial direction of the helicoid. Based on the involute and cycloid helicoid differential geometric properties, the mathematic model of spiral rotor machining is established. Simulation of the spiral ro- tor NC machining process is carried out and numerical control codes are generated. The spiral rotor 3D modeling and NC machining simulation process are verified with the vertical machining center and sat- isfying result is obtained.
