外花键冷滚压精密成形滚压接触面积的计算与仿真分析

摘　　要：通过外花键冷滚压精密成形的变形过程分析及适当假设,建立外花键冷滚精密成形滚压接触面积的数学模型。根据数学模型,求解接触面边界,对接触面积进行理论计算。并借助数值分析软件MATLAB,对接触面积的影响因子进行数值计算与仿真分析。The deformation process of external spline cold rolling was analyzed according to the suitable assumption. The mathematic model of contact area of external spline cold rolling was founded. According to the mathematic model, the boundary of contact area was solved and the contact area was calculated. The influence of parameters on the contact area was calculated and analyzed by MATLAB progamming.
