摘　　要：世界经济全球化的今天,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈。物流已经引起各商业团体的广泛关注,物流的发展已经成为企业第三利润的重要源泉,目前我国的物流业处于刚刚发展阶段,在许多地方不够完善。为此,必须从战略的高度去研究世界上发达国家物流成功的经验和面临的问题,取其精华,并结合我国实际国情,走出一条富有中国特色的物流成功之路。With the globalization of world economy, the competition among enterprises becomes more and more severe today. The logistics has already aroused wide concern of business groups, and its development has become the third important profit source of enterprises. However, our logistics industry is still at its initial stage and needs to be perfected in many aspects. We should research the successful experiences and problems confronted with developed countries from the strategic perspective, and then absorb its essence. Combined with our practical situation, a successful logistics way full of Chinese characteristics should be developed
