摘 要:针对虚拟仪器技术在组建测试系统上的巨大优势,研究了基于虚拟仪器技术实现车床动态刚度在线自动测试的方法,推导了车床动态刚度在线测试的理论公式,阐述了基于虚拟仪器技术的车床动态刚度测试系统的硬件组成,以及利用LabVIEW软件开发平台实现了该系统的具体方法。利用该系统绘出车床动态刚度曲线,直观展现了车床的不同部位的刚度,为车床加工精度的研究提供了数据。Bstract.Based on tremendous advantages of virtual instrument technology in the establishment of measurement system, a method using virtual instrument technology for automatic stiff- ness .of lathe online measurement system is discussed. The hardware makeup based on stiffness of lathe measurement system of VI,the principles of stiffness of lathe measurement system and the material ways of realization using LabVIEW are described. By using this measurement system, the stiffness of lathe system curve can be plotted and the value of the stiffness of lathe system and the parties of the lathe such as tailstock, cutter saddle, and headstock can be gained. It shows the state of stiffness of lathe clearly.
