易怒体质量表建立的可行性探讨

摘　　要：分析怒、肝、气、体质的相关性,探讨建立易怒体质量表的可行性。愤怒和郁怒的产生及诱发疾病的机制是一个复杂过程,目前的研究往往只重视其中的某个或某些方面,而缺少整体把握。肝疏泄失常可出现肝疏泄太过所致的肝气逆证和肝疏泄不及所致的肝气郁证两种证候表现。当肝疏泄失常但尚未形成病证时,机体一定在形体特征、常见表现、心理特征、发病倾向、对外界环境适应能力方面表现出异常,即形成某类特定的病理体质。用量表的程序和方法进行易怒体质研究,通过系统查找古代文献、现代文献中有关肝失疏泄相关描述,建立易怒体质条目池,并以人群流行病学调研结果为依据,对易怒人群体质特征进行统计分析和检验,进而为科学评价易怒体质的分型编制出标准化测量工具。Based on analyzing the relationship of angry , liver, Qi and constitution , the pec, sibility of forming angry constitution scale is discussed. The work can provide an objective tool for clinical and scientific research. The production of angry and the disease induced by angry is a complex course . But the present research is emphasis on some aspects of angry and not on the whole of it. The liver failing to maintain the normal flow of Qi can lead to liver-qi invasion syndrome and adverse flow of liver-qi syndrome. When the organism do not form disease due to the liver failing to maintain the normal flow of Qi, the people can show abnormal on morphological character, mental character, pathogenic tendency and adaptive capacity to the environment, forming certain pathogenic constitution. According to the method and procedure of forming scale , the angry constitution is studied. The item pool is estabilished by gathering aeient and modem literatures which diseriped the syndrome of the liver failing to maintain the normal flow of Qi. Then based on the results of epidemiology , the constitution characters of angry people were analyzed and tested. This work can form an objective tool to scientific, evaluate the classification of angry constitution.
