摘　　要：目的：研究测定黄芪甲苷的方法，以测定肺痨片中黄芪甲苷的含量，制定肺痨片质量标准。方法：采用HPLC-ELSD法测定肺痨片制剂中的黄芪甲苷。结果：黄芪甲苷在39．5～237．0μg／ml浓度范围内线性关系良好，精密度高，稳定性好，平均回收率为99．6％。结论：所研究的方法能较好地测出肺痨片中黄芪甲苷的含量，并可用以控制肺痨片的质量。Objective; to determine contents of astragaloside Ⅳ in Radio： Astragali of Feilao tablets by HPLC-ELSD and establish the quantitative analysis standard of the drug. Methods： The HPLC-ELSD method was used to determine astragaloside Ⅳ in Radio： Astragali of Feilao tablets. Results： astragaloside Ⅳ has a good linearity in 39.5-237.0 μg/ml, higher exactitude and good stability. The average recycle bin is 99.6 %. Conclusion： The mensuration by HPLC-ELSD is good for determining astragaloside Ⅳ in Radix Astragali of Feilao tablets and can be used to control the quality of Feilao tablets.
