摘 要:以挖穴机钻头刀片为研究对象,建立刀片工作参数与挖穴性能关系的理论数学模型,揭示钻头刀片相关参数与挖穴性能之间的内在关系,为挖穴机的设计提供理论依据。采用65Mn矩形刀片在砖红壤土壤条件下进行正交实验,验证模型的正确性。研究结果表明:只有合理地选择刀片的前角和后角,钻头才能正常入土;土质较硬的土壤宜采用较小的名义前角,名义后角在25o~35o范围内时,挖穴性能最好;刃倾角选择与土壤性质和工作状况有关,它决定着钻头入土性能和刀片寿命;实验结果与理论分析相吻合。Tbe drill blade is an object of study in order to exploiting cave machine , the theory mathematic model building the bit job parameter and exploiting cave function relation, reveals the drill bit relevance parameter and exploits the inherent relation between cave function, for the design exploiting cave machine provides the theory basis. Adopt 65Mn rectangle bits to carry out the orthogonal experiment under brick red earth soil condition, correctness verifying a model. The result studying is indicated:Only have the angle choosing bit anterior angle and queen rationally, bore bit ability is regular be buried; harder soil of soil property ought to adopt the less name anterior angle, when the name queen angle is between 25°-35°, dig the cave function best; The dip angle is deciding an edge from the soil character and working condition, its function being deciding a bore bit being buried and bit life-span; The experiment bear fruit and theoretical analysis fit each other.
