高校体育弱势群体学生体育活动的调查与分析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、数理统计法和文献资料法,对大学生体育弱势群体的体育态度、兴趣以及体育锻炼行为进行了调查与分析.结果显示,体育弱势群体参加体育锻炼的态度良好,体育兴趣一般,体育弱势群体参加体育锻炼的行为与他们的体育兴趣显著相关.提高体育弱势群体的健身意识必须激发和培养他们的体育兴趣.并提出了培养这部分学生对体育锻炼兴趣的有效方法与对策.By using the methods of distributing questionnaire,collecting statistics and doing research on documents,it studies the attitude, interest and the physical exercises of inferior group at colleges. The result shows that their physical attitude is close to good condition, their physical interest is at the general level ; the participation of the weak group in physical exercises is closely related with their interest. Therefore, it is necessary to stir up and develop their sports interest so as to promote their body building awareness, and propose some effective methods and countermeasures in dealing with these problems.
