摘　　要：国际乒联接连出台数项颇具争议性的规则更改--"发球新规则"、"11分制"、"奥运会双打新赛制"及"奥运会团体赛新赛制"。这一系列的规则与规程的修改对中国运动员无疑产生了一定的影响。本文在对中国乒乓球队如何积极主动适应国际乒联的改革措施,把握乒乓球运动新的制胜规律,继续领先世界乒坛进行了应对策略方面的分析与研究。The ITTF has been making several controversial alterationas in rules： “new serverules”, “eleven system”, “new olympic doubles system” and “new olympic team competitionsystem”. All those alterations undoubtably have some influences to Chinese athletes. This papercarries out reserch for the Chinese table tennis team to take the initiative in adapting the reform measures, grasp the new table tennis rules to success, so that keep winning the lead in the inter- national table tennis field.
