摘　　要：高频无极灯的灯泡真空度高低,不仅关系灯光效的高低,而且影响灯的使用寿命,因此,灯泡真空系统的设计和抽真空系统的抽真空过程是灯泡生产工艺的关键环节,本文以典型的高频无极灯的高真空系统抽气为例,介绍了灯泡真空的抽气设备和抽真空的全部过程。The vacuum degree of high-frequency electrodeless discharging lamps affects not only their luminesence efficiency but the service life. So, the design of vacuum system and evacuating system/process is crucial to the production technology of the lamps. Taking a typical evacuating system as example, the equipment necessary for high vacuum and relevant whole pumping process are described.
