摘　　要：为不熟悉工程实际的理科学生设计制造了玻璃制扩散泵真空系统实物模型,使其直观地了解真空获得、测量和检漏的工作原理。简述其构造及由此模型可具体理解的内容。A glass-made diffusion pump unit as a physical model of vacuum system was provided for those college students who only major science. The aim is to let them understand visually the operating principle and various working conditions of vacuum acquisition/measurement and leak detection. Describes its construction and what the students can learn from the model.
