摘　　要：本文分析了一体化物流服务流程,并总结其特征,研究了如何构建卓越的一体化物流服务流程的问题,最后提出应用信息技术实现对一体化物流服务流程进行集成化管理。The paper analyze the process of integrated logistics service and summarize its characters, discuss the problem of ,onstructing the excellence process of integrated logistics service. Finally, the paper put forward that he process of integrated ogistics service is integrally managed by information technique.
