摘　　要：本文介绍了PROFIBUS现场总线技术在压力容器热处理车间中的应用。该系统采用PROFIBUS-DP和PROFIBUS-FMS现场总线构成网络系统的现场级和车间级,通过操作站接入工厂以太网络,实现与其他车间的资源与数据共享。现场运行效果表明,采用PROFIBUS现场总线技术能提高压力容器热处理车间物流系统的自动化控制水平,降低系统的运行成本。The application of PROFIBUS in material flow system of heat-treatment workshop is described in this paper. In this system PROFIBUS-DP and PROFIBUS-FMS serve as local-layer and workshop-layer, it is connected with the plant Ethernet by operating station, so it can spare with the source and data with other workshop. The effects of the using PROFIBUS showed that it can improve the automation level of mass flow system in heat-treatment workshop and decade the operating costs of this system.
