摘 要:为给进一步研究病原菌的变异规律提供理论依据,采用营养体亲和性方法,于2006年11月对从陕西三原棉花黄萎病圃中分离得到的26株代表菌系及陕西省植保所提供新疆菌株和泾阳菌株进行了研究。结果表明:经在KPS培养基上诱发培养,28个菌株共获得295个nit突变株,且不同菌株的突变率差异较大。经鉴定:nit1 235个,占总量的79.66%;nitM 59个,占总量的20.00%;nit3仅有1个。营养体亲和性配对测试表明:28个菌株可分为2个营养亲合群(VCGs),26个代表菌株都与泾阳菌株亲和,同属于亲合群VCG1,新疆菌系属于亲和群VCG2。In order to explicit the pathogenicity and vegetative compatibility(VGC) of Verticilliurn dahliae in soil and to provide the theoretical testimony for the aberrance rule of pathogen,in August 2006, we have identified 26 strains of Verticilliurn dahliae in the disease garden in the Doukou county, Shaanxi province and studied . Based on the formation of complementary heterokaryons, 295 Nitratenonutilizing (nit) mutants were obtained from 28 strains which induced on KPS media ,in which 235 mutants were Nit1,It accounted for 79.66% of the total; 59 mutants were NitM,only one strain was Nit3. They also showed that 28 strains were assigned to two vegetative compatibility groups (VCGs) : 26 representative strains of V. dahliae and Jingyang strain were compatible with each other and classified into the first VC group(VGC1),while Xinjiang strain was classified into the second VC group(VGC2).
