摘 要:通过动、植物油与马来酸酐共聚,然后用十二氟庚醇和高级脂肪醇酯化,合成了含氟聚合物加脂剂。研究了不同氟含量的聚合物加脂剂,对成革接触角、动态防水性和静态吸水率的影响。结果表明:随着加脂剂中氟含量的升高,成革的防水性能提高。考虑成本、防水性等因素,氟含量为质量分数2.0%时,成革综合防水性能较好,革对水的接触角为155°、动态防水性达184min、静态吸水率为26.56%,显示出良好的防水性。Fluorine - containing polymer - base fatliquoring agent was prepared through free radical copolymerization with maleic anhydride and natural oil. The above fatliquoring agent was esterified with dodecafluoro heptanol and long - chain aliphatic alcohol. The influence of the fluorine content on contact angle, dynamic waterproofness and static water absorption of leather were investigated. The results indicate that with the increase of fluorine content in the fatliquoring agent, the waterproofness of the leather improves. Taking the cost and the waterproofness into account, the optimum fluorine content is 2.0 %. Leather treated with this fatliquoring agent shows good waterproofness, the contact angle is higher than 155°, the static water absorption is 26.56 wt% and the dynamic waterproofness time reaches 184 min.
