摘  要:以N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为扩链剂,三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为交联剂,硫酸二甲酯(DMS)为季铵化试剂,采用2步法合成了一系列以羟基硅油(HPMS)/聚醚二醇(PTMG)为软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段的自乳化双软段水基阳离子聚氨酯微乳液。通过红外谱图、示差扫描量热仪和表面张力测定等方法,对阳离子型羟基硅油(HPMS)/聚氨酯微乳液进行了表征和分析。结果表明,羟基硅油(HPMS)/聚氨酯导致聚氨酯出现两个玻璃化转变温度,羟基硅油(HPMS)/聚氨酯的不同加入次序会影响乳液的界面张力。还研究了羟基硅油(HPMS)/聚氨酯微乳液在皮革涂饰中的应用。羟基硅油/聚氨酯(HPMS/PU)乳液稳定性好,用作皮革涂饰剂,可使革的光泽手感以及机械强度都有所提高,涂层耐干擦性能良好。The water - boned cationic HPMS/PU microemulsions were prepared by the two - step copolymerization using the N - methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) as chain - extender, trimethylol propane (TMP) as crosslinker and dimethyl sulfate (DS) as quaternary reagent. The polysiloxanes (HPMS)/polyether diol (PTMG) was the soft segment and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) was the hard segment in the block copolymer. The t/ucture and properties of water - based HPMS/PU were characterized by the IR, DSC and the surface tension analysis. The results show that with the HPMS, polyurethane has two glass transition temperature and the different adding order of HPMS affect emulsion interfacial tension. The HPMS/PU microemulsion was applied in the leather coating. It shows that the finished leather has excellent mechanical strength and the dry rub resistance, and the coating has shiny feel and some other good performances.
