摘 要:借助商业有限元软件MSC.Marc,建立了棒线材连轧过程的三维弹塑性模型,将Φ8mm GCr15棒线材从出炉到精轧结束共26道次的轧制过程分为6段进行了模拟.前3个模型采用了静态分析,模型道次间刚性体以实际速度推动轧件进入下一道次.由于中轧道次后的轧制过程速度较高,后3个模型的模拟使用动态有限元法,在方程中引入了惯性力.用该组模型分析了连轧过程中轧件的变形以及温度演化规律,计算结果与测量结果吻合较好,证明了该模型模拟棒线材轧制过程的有效性.Three-dimensional elastic-plastic models of steel rod and wire continuous rolling process were developed with the aid of the commercial FE (finite element) software MSC. Marc. The 26-pass continuous rolling process of 48 mm GCr15 steel rod and wire from outlet of heat furnace to the end of finishing rolling was divided into six continuous sections and modeled separately. The static analysis was employed to simulate the first three models, and a rigid body was adopted in these models with an actual speed to push the billet to the entry of the next stand. However, the simulation of the latter three models was performed using the dynamic FE method, which includes the inertia force in the equilibrium equation due to the higher rolling speed after intermediate stands. The proposed models were employed to predict deformation and thermal behavior of billet in the continuous rolling process. The simulated results coincide with the measured one, which confirms the validity and feasibility of the proposed models.
