摘  要:研究了两种高温钛合金Ti-60和IMI834在不同加热温度和不同保温时间下的β晶粒长大规律。结果表明,在β相区加热时,Ti-60钛合金晶粒尺寸较小,且随加热温度和保温时间的不同变化不大,这主要是由于晶界上富Nd稀土相的存在阻碍了晶粒的长大,而IMI834钛合金的晶粒尺寸随保温时间的增加明显长大。晶粒长大动力学表明,在(Tβ+20℃)保温时,两种钛合金β晶粒等温长大曲线近似于抛物线规律,晶粒生长指数n均小于1/2。此外,在加热温度(Tβ~Tβ+40℃)范围内、等温时间为10min时,计算并讨论了Ti-60和IMI834合金的晶粒长大激活能。The growth behavior of β-phase grain in Ti-60 and IMI834 titanium alloys at various temperatures and different keeping times have been investigated.It is revealed that the average grain size of Ti-60 alloy is smaller than that of the IMI834 alloy.There is not obvious change in the average grain size of Ti-60 alloy with increasing temperature and time in the β-phase zone,this can be attributed to the precipitation of the rare earth-rich phases on the boundaries.The average grain size of IMI834 alloy gets obvious larger with increasing time in the β-phase field.The grain growth kinetics at (Tβ+20 ℃) shows that both of the isothermal growth curves of the β-phase grains in the two alloys are approximately parabolic type with the growth exponents less than 1/2.Moreover,the grain growth activation energies of Ti-60 and IMI834 titanium alloys have been calculated and discussed in the condition of heating temperature from Tβ to (Tβ+40 ℃) and keeping time of 10 min.
