摘　　要：研究了内外分解和谱分解问题,并提出了新的计算方法.该方法的基本思想:矩阵的零极点分布与其逆矩阵的部分分式展开密切相关.通过应用复分析技术,可以得到上述两个问题的解析方程.实例表明,所提出算法与纯数字计算的方法相比,在计算上更为简便、高效.The inner-outer and spectral factorization problems were studied and a new computation method to obtain an analytical formula for those two problems was proposed. The most prominent advantage of the proposed method lies in its intuitiveness and efficiency： all need to do in computation procedure is to find the open right half plane zeros of a system and their zero directions, the fact of which makes a sharp contrast to those numerical ones. The proposed method was illustrated by several numerical examples.
