摘 要:通过实验与有限元计算结合的方法研究波纹管在扭转载荷下的后屈曲问题.基于薄壳大挠度屈曲理论,采用弧长法,分析了波纹管在扭转载荷下的柱屈曲现象.并根据Koiter理论,分析了初始缺陷对波纹管后屈曲的影响.研究表明,波纹管在很小的扭转角度下就会屈曲,但这种屈曲对初始缺陷不太敏感,并随缺陷的增加而使得载荷位移曲线更平缓.实验与有限元计算所得的屈曲模式也极为相似.The post-buckling problem of a bellows under torsional load was studied by experiments and finite element computation. The column squirm phenomenon of a bellows under torsional load was analyzed using arc length method. According to Koiter's theory, the effect of the initial defect of bellows to the post buckling was considered. The research shows that a bellows will begin buckling with much little tor- sional degree, but such a buckling is not very sensitive to the initial defect, and the load-displacement curve will be smoother when the defect increases. The buckling modes from experiments and finite element computation are very similar.
