摘　　要：通过对武钢氧气公司D台10000m3/h空分设备保冷时间控制指标的分析,制定出了合理的开车补冷时间和补冷开车操作法,延长了空分设备的保冷时间,降低了平均开车费用,取得了很好的经济效益。Rational time and operating methods of startup and cold-complement were determined, based on analysis of the controlling indexes for the cold-keeping time of several 10000m^3/h air separation units at Oxygen Co., Ltd. of Wuhan Iron and Steel Group. As a result, the cold-keeping time of air separation units has been prolonged, which leads to a lower averaged startup expenses and to a good economic benefit.
