摘　　要：螺杆制冷机稳定运行8年后,制冷能力下降,随时可能影响空分设备的稳定运行。用离子静电处理器清洗制冷机的换热器,拆检制冷机并对存在的缺陷进行合理处理,提高了制冷机的制冷效率。After eight years＇ stable operation, a screw type refrigerator began to deteriorate with its refrigeration performance, which may lead to an irregular operation of air separation unit at any moment. In order to recover the refrigeration performance, the refrigerator was disconnected for examine, the refrigerator＇s heat exchanger was cleaned by ion electrostatic processor, and the disfigurement was properly treated, As a result, the refrigerator＇s efficiency has been improved,
