摘　　要：唐山市智源里住宅小区采用钢-混凝土组合结构住宅体系。工程实践表明,钢-混凝土组合结构住宅体系改变了传统建筑业的生产方式,可基本实现构配件生产工厂化,施工机械化,安装专业化,符合住宅产业现代化的发展方向。Zhiyuanli residential sub-district in Tangshan adopts steel-concrete composite system. Engineering practice shows that this system has changed the traditional production method of construction industry, and realized basically components workshop production, construction mechanization and installation specialization. It is therefore in line with the development tendency of modem housing industry.
