摘　　要：针对建筑市场交易行为中的串通投标现象,分析其类型、原因和危害;从制度经济学的角度研究投标人选择串通投标的机理;构建串通投标人的中标概率与利润最大化模型,从而导出其为实现利润最大化必然抬高标价的内在原因。又从信息经济学的角度分析串通投标对建筑市场交易活动的不良影响,提出串通投标的识别方法并给出防范措施。It analyzes the classifications causes and harms of colluding bidding in construction market,studies in terms of system economics the mechanism of colluding bidding,and constructs a model of successful bidding possibility and maximized profit for the colluded bidders.Then it is concluded that the colluded bidders will certainly raise the bidding price in order to enhance their profits to the most.And further analysis is given to the negative impacts of colluding bidding on the construction market from the point of view of information economics.Identifying methods and preventive measures are eventually put forward against colluding bidding actions.
