摘 要:根据仿生制备原理,以涂渍PVA的有机玻璃为基底,异丙醇钛-乙二醇-水为沉积液,通过控制沉积液浓度、pH值和温度,在温度小于100°C的温度下合成了TiO2膜.对TiO2膜的晶相、形貌和亲水性表征,结果表明,TiO2膜的微晶晶相结构为锐钛矿相,膜对波长大于400nm的可见光透过率为75%-85%,自然风干的膜表面均匀致密,在紫外光照10min后可达到超亲水状态.According to by controlling concentration bionic principle, and pH value of (OC3H7)4 was used as titanium source. The TiO2 thin film was deposited on glass substrate coated PVA titanium source depositing solution at below 100℃ when Ti film was characterized by XRD, UV-Vis, SEM and TEM spectroscopic technology. The result showed the film exhibited anatase structure. Natural-drying film has uniform and compact morphology. The film showed 70% --85 % of transmittance for 〉400 nm visiblelight and photo-induced superhydrophilicity under UV illumination.
