摘 要:以水培的方式研究了稀土La3+及其配合物La(POA)3(HPOA=苯氧乙酸)对铅胁迫绿豆幼苗的生理生态影响.结果表明,单一铅胁迫后的第4天和第8天,绿豆幼苗的叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量下降,而MDA和脯氨酸含量上升;浓度范围为15~50 mg/L的镧或La(POA)3能明显促进绿豆幼苗的生长并且可以缓解铅对绿豆幼苗的胁迫伤害作用,经镧或镧的配合物作用后绿豆幼苗的各种生理指标皆比单一铅胁迫时有明显的改善,且随作用时间的延长,镧的配合物对铅胁迫的缓解作用较镧更明显.100 mg/L的高浓度镧或镧的配合物对铅胁迫的缓解作用减弱.Ecophysiological effect of La^3+ and its complex La(POA)3 (HPOA= phonoxyactive acid) on Mung bean seedling under Pb^2+ stress were studied through hydroponic experiment. The results showed that rare earth and its complex had obvious detoxication to plumbum. When Mung bean seedling was treated with single 10 mg/L Pb^2+ for 4 and 8 days, the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein decreased, the content of praline and MDA increased. When different concentrations( 15-50 mg/L) of La^3+ or La(POA)3 were added, the degradation of chlorophyll and protein was alleviated, and the accumulation of MDA was reduced in comparison with single Pb^2+ treatment, but the higher the La^3+ or La(POA)3 concentration, the worse the relieved action, and with the effect time passed, the catabatic operation of La(POA)3 was better than La^3+. So the optimum dose of La^3+ or La(POA)3 to relieve Pb^2+ stress in Mung Bean was ranged from 15-50 mg/L.
