摘　　要：文章针对精品科技期刊网络共享服务平台建设的应用需求，通过对开放源代码软件DSpace的研究，结合精品科技期刊网络服务系统建设的基本策略和实际功能需求，以DSpace为基础构建精品科技期刊网络服务系统，详细介绍了系统的总体结构设计、功能设计以及基于JAVA环境的系统实现。The paper focuses on building the network service system of key scientific, technical and medical journal depending on the analysis of open source code software DSpace, including design of system structure, function and the implementation of system based on the environment of JAVA. The object of the system is not only to meet the need of share network-service platform construction of the key scientific, technical and medical journal, but also to follow the basic strategy and actuai request of the building of the network service system of key scientific, technical and medical journal.
