摘　　要：目的研究不同剂量辐照对红细胞活性影响。方法检测红细胞膜功能和红细胞免疫功能的变化。结果辐照剂量达到35Gy时红细胞的活性与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论适当剂量的辐照可以有效的减少血液中有活性淋巴细胞的数量,同时又对红细胞的活性没有显著的损伤,是有效的预防TA-GVHD的方法之一。Objective ： To study the affect on the function of Red blood cell caused by aniso - dosage irradiation. Methods： Study the Red blood cell function change by detecting plasmalemm function and immunological function. Results： When the dosage is 35Gy the function of Red blood cell are no difference compared with the control. Conclusion： Proper dosage irradiation can effectively cause decrease the amount of active lymphoeytes ,the same time the function of Red blood cell is no impaired , so proper dosage irradiation of the blood is one effective method to prevention TA - GVHD.
