摘　　要：目的探讨PFN治疗股骨转子下骨折的疗效。方法对2000年1月-2006年9月采用PFN治疗股骨转子下骨折56例的疗效,进行回顾性分析。结果术后随访6-30个月,平均15个月,5例患者术后股骨颈内钉松动脱出,但骨折愈合良好,无畸形及骨折不愈合,下肢活动良好。结论PFN具有手术时间短、出血少且固定坚强的优点,适用于股骨转子下骨折的治疗。Objective ：To explore the clinical effect of proximal femoral nail（PFN） in the subtroehanterie fractures of the femur. Methods ： Through retrospective analysis of 56 eases of intertroehanterie fractures were treated by PFN, in the period from January 2001 to September 2005. Results ： The mean follow - up of 15 （6 - 30） months revealed that fractures after operation in all the 5 6 eases. 5 eases nails which in the eollum femoris become loose and prolapsus postoperation , but all the 5 eases were obtained ideal union, no deformity and disunion, the aetivty of legs were very well. Conclusion ： The using of proximal femoral nail （PFN） in the subtrochanterie fractures of the femur have such merits as the little time of the operation ,the little issuing of blood and the strong fixation.
