摘 要:当地质条件为软土地基、地下水位较高、地层渗透系数较小、基坑较深时,构筑物的施工难度较大。其中沉井法及降水开挖法均不适宜。采用钢筋混凝土灌注桩做支护,桩外用旋喷桩做封水帷幕,桩帽连续梁用万能杆件做支撑,基坑底用水泥粉喷桩加固体封底,即"综合支护封闭开挖法",解决了上述施工难题。It is difficult to construct a structure that has a deep foundation pit in soft soil area with high underground water level and small permeability coefficient. Neither sunk-well method nor dewatering excavation method should be employed. Comprehensive supported closed excavation method was adopted to solve the construction difficulty, namely, cast-in-place reinforced concrete piles were used for bracing and sprinkled piles were arranged outside the piles to form water-stop curtain while continuous beams on the pile top were supported with universal standard rods and the foundation bottom was reinforced by sprayed cement piles.
